Sell Perficient Inc (PRFT) - Following the announcement by Perficient to sell an additional 5.0 M shares of which 4.25 M would be newly minted, the stock was unceremoniously dumped by investors. For now the upside momentum is lost and while the stock may not lose much value from here on out, there will be sufficient pressure to keep its price from rising.
